CHAIR SEEKINS announced HB 181 to be up for consideration.                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
KAREN   LIDSTER,  staff   to  Representative   Coghill,  sponsor,                                                               
explained  that  HB 181  is  a  continuing education  waiver  for                                                               
members of the armed forces  and it eliminates the possibility of                                                               
a  professional licensee  losing his  or her  license because  of                                                               
failure   to  fulfill   statutory  requirements   for  continuing                                                               
education  while serving  on active  duty,  especially in  places                                                               
where  continuing education  is not  available. In  the meantime,                                                               
they are penalized by losing their  license. It has a zero fiscal
